Two young Chef, Marco e Andrea, and all the Restaurant staff, offer an essential cooking in which the food is prepared with simple elements, mainly from the territory of Lake Garda, collaborating with those small producers who put genuineness in the first place.
The culinary proposal is based on seasonality of products as vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and the use of over 25 wild herbs.
They believe that cooking is an ever-changing experience.
